Lecture on Colorectal Carcinoma


Colorectal carcinoma is the 2nd most common tumor and 2nd most cause of cancer related deaths in western societies. It arise from step wise accumulation of mutations in colonic mucosa. Colorectal carcinoma is usually preceded by an adenoma.
